Project description:

The project aims at a comprehensive renewal of the company's operations, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency of the industrial cleaning activity and the digitalisation of the related business processes.

The project focuses on innovation in industrial cleaning processes. Previously manual, resource-intensive activities will be replaced by modern, automated technology that will allow cleaning operations to be carried out more quickly, consistently and predictably. By applying new solutions, the service will become less dependent on the continuous human presence, while quality and capacity will be improved. The development will also include the digitalisation of logistics and warehouse management processes. Incoming goods are tracked, moved and managed in a structured digital system that supports transparent inventory management and efficient service. To improve customer relations, a state-of-the-art CRM solution will be implemented to help manage orders, track customer needs more accurately and improve service levels. The project will also support the renewal of the organisation's operations. The introduction of workflow management and human resource management solutions will allow for better planning of shifts, improved information flow and reduced administrative burden. Digital solutions contribute to continuous operations and faster handling of technical problems. Process innovation will be complemented by the acquisition of state-of-the-art IT and technology tools to provide a stable backbone for the new systems. The combination of industrial scrubbing equipment, tools to support mobile data collection and improvements to the corporate IT infrastructure will increase efficiency, data security and service reliability. As a result of the project, the operations of Future Via-Nett Ltd. will become more transparent, flexible and competitive.

The project number GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24-2025-00973 is being implemented in Balatonfűzfő with the support of the European Union and co-financed by the Hungarian state, with the planned deadline for the physical completion of the development being 28 February 2027.
