What types of crates do you clean?

Over the years we have seen a wide variety of different types of rolls. We are not limited to the size and technology of automatic tunnel cleaners, so we can clean any material, shape, size and weight of rolls.
How long does it take to clean the crates?
Reply
Ideally, the rolls will be ready, fully dried and packaged, the next day after arrival. In an emergency, we can complete the entire cleaning process within 3 hours.
What cleaning products are used?

We have several types of cleaning agents available, depending on the level of contamination and the needs of the crate. However, we do not use strong, corrosive agents, so the material of the crates and trays is always left intact.
Can the degree of cleanliness be checked?

3M ATP tests are used to measure biological purity. We are able to keep the inside of crates and trays stable below 100 RLU. We work with an external company for official testing of dust and other contamination.
